These terms apply to your use of ToneLineage, an EVRlakes Digital product operated by EVRLAKES DIGITAL LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them.
Educational purpose
ToneLineage is an educational reference about the gear musicians have used. It is not professional, purchasing or financial advice.
Accuracy
Gear lists are compiled from cited public sources and labelled by source type. Sources can be wrong or out of date, rigs change, and our reconstructions may contain errors. Prices are estimates. Owning the same gear won't guarantee an identical tone: technique, settings, recording, signal order and modifications all matter. Please check important details yourself.
Affiliate links and third-party sites
Some links are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission from qualifying purchases (see the Affiliate Disclosure). Retailers, marketplaces and tab sites such as Reverb, eBay, Sweetwater and Ultimate Guitar are independent third parties. Their terms, prices, availability and policies apply, and we aren't responsible for their products, services or content. We link only to authorized tab services and don't reproduce tabs or lyrics.
No affiliation or endorsement
Unless stated otherwise, ToneLineage is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any artist, manufacturer, retailer or Ultimate Guitar. Names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.
Our content
Site text, illustrations, data compilation and design are owned by EVRLAKES DIGITAL LLC or used with permission. Cited sources remain the property of their owners. You may share links and brief quotes with attribution. You may not scrape, bulk-download or republish the site's content or data, or use automated tools to copy it, without our written permission.
Submissions
If you send us a correction or tip, please include a source and only send information you have the right to share. Don't send personal information about artists or anyone else (such as home addresses). By submitting, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to use, edit and publish the gear information you send. You keep any rights you have in it. We may decline any submission.
No warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, EVRLAKES DIGITAL LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for purchases or decisions you make based on the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Kentucky, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
Copyright concerns
If you believe something on the site infringes your copyright or trademark, email contact@evrlakes.com with the details and we'll review it promptly.
General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it.
Changes
We may update these terms and will revise the "Last updated" date when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
